- 5 bộ gan và mề gà
- 1 nhánh gừng nhỏ
- Hành lá
- 2 tép tỏi
- muối , đường, nước tương, dầu ăn, dầu hào, gừng
Chuẩn bị làm món gan và mề gà phá lấu như sau:
Gan và mề gà làm sạch, tẩy với một chút rượu trắng
Hành lá bảm nhỏ, cùng với gừng và tỏi.
– Nước nấu sôi, ta trụng gan và mề gà vào nước sôi thật nhanh, vớt ra rổ để ráo
– Cho dầu ăn vào chảo, xào hành, tỏi, gừng cho thơm. Sau đó cho gan và mề gà vào, nêm nước tương, hắc xì dầu, dầu hào, muối, đường, tương ớt ( dành cho người thích ăn cay)
– Cho một chút nước sôi vào và đun thật sôi
– Vặn lửa nhỏ lại, trở thật đều cho thấm gia vị, cho đến khi cạn nước
– Vớt ra bỏ vào tủ lạnh , để ăn dần
Lưu ý để ăn món này ngon, ta cắt mỏng, ăn kèm với đồ chua, và ớt cắt mỏng.
Như vậy là với 5 bước đơn giản chúng ta đã có món gan và mề gà phá lấu cho bữa cơm ngon miệng rồi phải không nào.
