Tai heo chua ngọt, món nhậu bình dân đẳng cấp mới
Tai heo là một loại thực phẩm chế biến được nhiều món ngon, một trong số đó phải kể đến món tai heo chua ngọt. Thực ra tai heo chua ngọt chỉ là cái tên gọi của người nghĩ ra món này, còn thực chất nó còn có cả vị cay nữa vì trong món ngâm tai heo này có rất nhiều ớt. Đây là một món ăn bình dân, dễ làm và rất phù hợp để làm món nhậu mời khách. Nếu bạn có ý định này thì hãy thử làm món ăn này chiêu đãi cả nhà và chờ cơ hội trổ tài khi có khách đến nhé.

1. Nguyên liệu cho món tai heo chua ngọt
- 1 kg tai heo
- 150g gừng già
- 50g tỏi
- 750 đường trắng
- 200ml giấm chua
- 10g muối
- Ớt hiểm hay tương ớt Tobasco
2. Cách làm như sau:
– Tai hep rứa thật sạch, rửa kỹ với nước, có pha rượu trắng và gừng đập giập cho thơm. Để ráo
– 100g gừng già+ 50g tỏi xay nát, vắt nước cốt, 50g gừng còn lại đập giập
– Cho tai heo vào nồi nước lạnh, có nêm muối, cho chút nượu trắng và gừng đập giập vào luộc chín. Khi tai heo mềm nhưng chú ý không để tai heo mềm nhũn,vớt ra, xả lại bằng nước lạnh và ngâm vào nước đá khoảng 15phut, vớt ra để thật ráo.
– Cắt tai heo thành tứng lát mỏng, để ăn ngon ta nghiêng dao cắt lát mỏng và to
– Giấm, đường muối nấu tan. Cho nước cốt tỏi và gừng vào. Để nguội cho ớt hiểm hay tương ớt Tobasco vào
– Trộn tai heo với hỗn hợp giấm đường và cho vào thố hay keo thủy tinh đậy kín, có thể ăn cả tháng không hư
– Ăn kèm dưa chua, dưa leo, kiệu hay hành, có thể ăn với cơm hay cuốn bánh tráng sống, chấm với mắm nem.
Chú ý: không nên thêm nước khi nấu giấm đường, vì sẽ phải thay nước giấm đường sau 3 ngày trộn và không để được lâu, tai heo dễ hư.
Với 8 bước đơn giản phải không nào, với món tai heo chua ngọt này mà cuối tuần lai rai cùng bạn bè, hoặc đãi tiệc thì ngon hết sẩy nha ;)).
